The Role:

• Assist in goods receipt and invoicing procedures as directed
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely receipt
• of goods
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts to ensure accuracy
• Process invoices promptly and accurately
• Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and related documentation
• Assist with resolving discrepancies / issues related to goods receipt and invoicing
• Provide admin support to the finance team as needed

The Person:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
