Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fridays)
- Plan, organize, and execute events, ensuring they align with the objectives and goals.
- Coordinate logistics, including vendors, suppliers, event staff, and on-site operations.
- Manage event-day operations, troubleshoot any issues, track expenses and ensure a seamless experience.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback for continuous improvement.
- Write engaging, persuasive copy for event promotions, marketing materials, websites, speeches, and social media.
- Develop content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
- Assist with business operations, including administrative tasks, mobility portal management, and inquiries from students and university partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in event management with skills in copywriting and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with event management software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or data analytics software is preferred.
