6 Months Payment Service Associate (Up to $3,500) #NJN

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Eunos

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary Range: Up to $3500 + 0.5 month bonus

• Verify and process applications related to Payments services team
• Handle general queries from touchpoints, policyholders and internal colleagues
• Liaise with other departments, including Claims, Group Risk Management on payment services related cases
• Support the Unit and Section Lead in workflow documentation
• Adhere to the Compliance and Risk Management Framework
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any field
