- Manage client contract portfolio, ensuring timely renewals and negotiating pricing/scope adjustments.
- Analyze client needs and current contracts to create customized renewal proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal) to finalize contract terms and pricing.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase contract value and drive revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of renewals, pricing, and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the renewal process.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments for effective positioning.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs related to contract renewals and revenue growth.
