Job Description

42 hours work week, any day Monday to Sunday, include PH
Shift 1: 7am-4.30pm
Shift 2: 8:30am - 6pm
Shift 3: 11am-8.30pm

$12 an hour
Roster includes weekends and Public Holidays

1. Perform admission of patients, handles customer queries, perform Cashiering and perform Billing
1. Perform admission process, including explanation on bill estimation, usage of insurance, and deposit collection.
2. Handles customer queries pertaining to admission process.
3. Perform Cashiering.
4. Perform Billing.
5. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
6. Timely escalation of cases to supervisor as necessary.

Qualification & Experience:
. Past healthcare work experience is an added advantage
. Minimum Higher Nitec, 2 years of front-line / customer service related working experience.
. Able to commit to the working hours

. able to start work immediately or on short notice
