Overview:

The Procurement Manager oversees contracts and procurement activities, ensuring accuracy in performance requirements, delivery schedules, and cost estimates. They lead the purchasing team, driving efficiency and performance while supporting product conversions and achieving organizational savings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the competitive bidding process for capital equipment.
• Coordinate bid reviews and contract implementations.
• Negotiate contracts and advise on rights and obligations.
• Prepare estimates and monitor contract compliance.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and maintain vendor performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for capital procurement requests.
• Prepare reports and assist in budget management.
• Participate in HR activities for the purchasing team.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
