Job Scope:
- Maintain accounting records in XERO, including processing bills and managing petty cash.
- Conduct credit control and prepare necessary documentation for GST and tax submissions.
- Follow up on government grants and manage financial paperwork.
- Organize and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and submissions to ACRA.
- Supervise overall office administration, including pantry inventory and cleanliness standards.
- Plan and execute team-building activities while managing staff communications.
- Support daily office functions, including answering phone calls and assisting with operational tasks.
Requirement:
- Proficiency in XERO accounting software is essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A positive, proactive demeanour with a strong desire to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is advantageous.
