Job Scope:
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through phone, email, and onsite interactions.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues for customers both remotely and in person.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing IT projects.
- Set up, install, and maintain clients hardware and software systems.
- Engage effectively with customers and internal teams to guarantee prompt resolutions.
- Support project managers in coordinating projects and managing tasks.
Requirement:
- Proficient troubleshooting abilities in hardware, software, and networking environments.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A positive outlook with a readiness to embrace challenges and learn new skills.
- Previous experience in IT support or technical project involvement is a plus.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
