Working Hours: 44h rs comfortable in rotating shifts

Job Scope

. Put the final touches on baked goods to wow clients or ensure pastries match the theme of an event.

. Consult with clients and/or stakeholders to understand their needs

. Creating preliminary cake designs, including drawings or other mockups for approval

. Maintain ISO 22000 /HACCP/HALAL records as required

. Supervise the Commies Chef

Requirement:

. Minimum 5 years experience working pastry/cakes in a catering company, bakery, cake shops or the like

. Good knowledge of various cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates and other desserts

. Knowledge of trends, taste and flavour profile is a bonus

. Should be able to finish Cakes [cream based , mousse based and cheese cakes ]
