The Administrative Assistant for Academics will develop a thorough knowledge of the College, student admission, enrollment, academic programs, student support services, and college processes to assist with managing the Programme Manager's office. This position will support academic leaders as assigned by the academic department of Academic Affairs.

Responsibilities
- Assess candidates application documents
- Assist the programme manager in MBA and BA admissions and enrolment
- Arrangement and storage of admissions-related documents
- Record Keeping, bookkeeping
- Data entry
- Data preparation and updates
- Assist to prepare and issue graduation collaterals
- Support the academic department to address student affairs
- Other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Singaporean and PR
- Able to speak and write in both English and Mandarin
- Diploma and above
- 2 years of relevant experience fresh graduates with passion also welcome
- Proficient in MS package
- Fast-paced environment
- Patient and attention to details
- Team player
- Fast-learner
- Multi-task
