Acccounts Executive/Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

. Manage the existing Banana Accounting Software

. Prepare and Consolidate the organisation's budget, analyse and compare actual cost with the approved budget.

. Manage cash flow of receipts and disbursement according to approved budget. This includes bank transactions and reconciliation of bank statements.

. Prepare and analyse annual and interim Financial Statements and internal and audit schedules including reportorial requirements for internal and statutory requirements.

. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.

. Ensure safekeeping of accounting, administrative records, etc.

. Other tasks as required/needed.

Qualifications/Competence Requirements

. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related degree.

. Relevant work experience an advantage

. Computer literate hands on experience with accounting software (Banana Accounting software is an advantage)

. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

. Self-started with high degree of initiative and motivation.

. Able to work independently.

. Result oriented with good communication skills and thrives under pressure and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
