Account Assistant (Two months contract)

- Chemical MNC

- Working hours: 8.30am to 5.15pm, Mondays to Fridays

- 2 months contract position

- Working Location: West Area (Transport is provided at a specific pickup point)

- Salary from $2700 - $3100

Our Client is a MNC with innovation and expertise in the construction industry, providing advanced chemical solutions for new construction, maintenance, repair and renovation of structures.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that payment to suppliers is accurate and timely.
• Vouching of incoming invoices and matching to delivery orders and purchase orders
• Checking of petty cash and expense claims
• Updating of AP module in the ERP and cash book.

Job Requirement

• Accounting / Commerce qualification preferred
• Preferably 2 years experience in general accounting
• Preferably SAP B1 knowledge & adequate excel skills.
