This is a full time role for an Account Assistant located in Changi. Our clients are Freight & Logistics Services. You will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets. Daily tasks include processing payments, handling accounts receivable billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank reconciliations, and staff reimbursements. The position also involves preparing financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliations, and quarterly GST returns. Additionally, the role requires liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors, with flexibility to take on other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
