Roles & Responsibilities
. Provide sales and administrative support to manager in day to day duties
. Maintaining a high level of customer service quality to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
. Actively contributing to the achieving of the sales objectives
. Handling routine telephone & email/fax queries from customers
. Follow-up enquiries with local and overseas clients, and quotations
. Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
. Generate quotation, purchase orders (PO), sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), Handover Form, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment and sales reports
. Coordinating with operation / purchasing / accounts to expedite on-time deliveries to customers
. Performs another sales or admin related ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
. At least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications
. Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency
. Able to work independently as well as in a team and willing to learn
. Proficient in MS Office
. Best with social media skills
. With or without experience
. Must be willing to learn.
