Job Description : - Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling,etc.
Responsible for filing of accounting documents- Prepare claims and reimbursements
Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers
- Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
Assist in preparing quarterly GST report- Maintain and upkeep accounting document and records to comply with ISO system
Handle accounting and clerical tasks that contributes to office efficiency
- Overall responsible for the efficient operations and cleanliness of workplace.
Monitoring daily film cutting, installation, sales record against number of cars installed- Follow-up on overdue accounts
Assist in maintain ISO system
- Responsible to ensures that office facilities and equipment are appropriately maintained
Assist in preparation of quotations, and project related matters
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks Pro preferred) Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Reliable, neat and organized, fast learner- Accuracy is essential with good attention to detail
Focused Show initiative and is an independent learner
