Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards .
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers .
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell .
- Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities .
- Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards .
- Update customer information in the database
Requirements:
- GCE O Level
- Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred
- Good to have BCP, PGI and HI Certificates
