Position: Account Executive
- Salary : SGD 3,300 - SGD 5,000
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 830am to 6pm
(once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm) - Location: Woodlands
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- With at least 5 years of experience in related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the multi companies finances and ensuring accurate and timely of financial reporting. This includes preparing financial statements report in compliance with FRS and other regulatory requirements, analyzing financial data, monitoring cash flow, and maintaining financial records.
- Liaise with bankers of the Company
- Plan, coordinate and execute annual financial audit for the company and associates
- Supervise, coach and review the works of accounts executives
- Prepare management reports, budget and forecast
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting system
- Liaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirements
- Liaise with tax agent for annual corporate tax computation
