Account Executive

Job Description

• Handle full set of accouts
• Inventory system maintenance
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations, bank reconsiliations, and intercompnay confirmations
• Prepare AR aging report and sales reports
• Handle tax compliance matters, including tax computation and GST reporting
• Liaises with external auditors and tax agents
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Fiance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required
• An independent team player, with a proactive personality
• Strong excel and database skill
• Knowledge in AutoCount accounting system will be advantageous
• Candidates with audit working experience are preferred
