Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Involve on the daily operation and accounting matters.
• Involve in General Ledger, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
• Involve in GST filling and Form 5 submission.
• Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements for reporting.
• Assists in the preparation of annual budget
• Liaise with tax agent, internal and external auditor.
• Performs other Accounts ad-hoc assignments as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in accounting.
• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English with operation staff.
