Account Executive (4 Months Contract)

Responsibilities:

. Update and record accounting transactions including invoices generation on ERP

. Generate monthly statement of accounts of customers

. Perform reconciliation of customers and Supplier outstanding payments

. Work with Customer Service team to resolve billing disputes, discrepancies, and queries

. Prepare, examine and analysis account records, financial statements, and other financial reports to provide strategy for growth.

. Prepare and handle full sets of account (Accounting, Financial Statements, Tax, Consolidation, Reconciliation, Financial Planning, Credit Control, Invoicing, Data Entry, Accruals and Audit)

. Prepare monthly AR/AP aging analysis, collection forecast and relevant provisions

. Maintain inventory record

. Submit quarterly GST and ensure timely completion of the annual audit and tax return

. Handling Petty cash claim, daily Cash flow and liaise with bankers for Bank Transactions, annual reviewing, Forex buying and other banking issues.

. Liaising with external auditors for yearly audit, tax agents, regulatory authorities, corporate secretaries, and handling for government survey.

. Perform other duties and assist with other financial function as required

Requirements:

. Possess Degree in Accounting

. Have relevant experience in financial Statements

. Strong written and oral communication skills

. Team player and adaptable to changes

. Self-motivated, positive attitude, Independent

. Has the initiative to take up challenges and resolve issues
