Position Summary :
The Council Relations Executive (CRE) is at the forefront of our growing Council business. This role is responsible for Council Member engagement across a portfolio of Councils and leveraging a team of staff and contractors to create powerful networks of senior executives from the largest companies and organizations in Asia. It would suit someone who is outgoing, globally curious and well organized. As a business leader, the CRE works to continually improve Member engagement, identify solutions, and connect Council Members with an array of TCB resources.

Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Executive Program, Asia, the Council Relations Executive oversees roughly 6-8 Councils and leads a team of 1 report in dotted line. In our matrixed organization, the CRE must work cross-functionally with Sales, Centers, Finance, and other internal teams as well as with a cadre of contracted Program Directors that help support Council engagement.
Achieve and maintain high levels of Member satisfaction, value, and engagement. Meet or exceed retention and engagement targets for a portfolio of 70+ Members across 6-8 Asia Councils. Maintains regular contact with members and participants of assigned councils through verbal and written communication. Alerts Associate Director of any issues that are highlighted through these communications.
Attend all Council meetings to represent TCB to build rapport with members/participants, ensure seamless execution and a high-quality Member experience as well as capturing leading edge ideas generated in Council meetings.
Welcome new Council Members in line with TCB standards.
Facilitate vetting and confirmation of replacement candidates nominated by departing Members.
Track data-driven metrics and implement proactive retention plans and identify and manage at
risk Members, executing retention or replacement strategies.
Support Members in their interactions between meetings through TCB's online Community and other web-based resources.
Analyze Member feedback, work with Program Directors to enhance Member experience and incorporate improvements into future meetings.
Work closely with Associate Director and Program Directors, on membership retention and program development initiatives.
Drive growth by supporting the Member Development team; Collaborate with the Member Development team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Support Council Relations Manager and authorize day to day activities to ensure a smooth operation and top-notch Member experience.
Support the Associate Director in any way necessary to achieve the goals of the department.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years post graduate work experience
Experience in account management, professional services delivery, customer service, relationship development or client engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organized and detail-oriented; process driven
Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing and gregarious; a good listener Ability to communicate and sell to C-suite executives
Strong intellectual curiosity about what is happening in the world including developments in business and geopolitics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of database management
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
