Job description
My client is a prolific tech-enabled production and procurement firm providing full scale marketing support using industry leading technologies and in-depth knowledge and expertise of their teams handling customers from different industries. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in their Malaysia office. Your understanding of end-to-end POSM management, in addition to great stakeholder/client management and communication skills would be invaluable in delivering services to the client while ensuring the quality of service meets expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop good understanding of the services of the company to facilitate high quality services that complement the client's campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality service to the clients.
- Provide technical input and coordinate production schedules for client's campaigns.
- Maintain detailed record of workflow on internal software.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure high-quality materials and collaterals.
- Negotiate cost and timelines to resulting in cost effective production and timely delivery of the collaterals to the client.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of experience managing and servicing key accounts.
- Strong knowledge of POSM, POP, Print, etc.
- Advertising/Marketing agency background would be desirable.
- Great communicator who can work with stakeholders both internal and external.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to analyse and interpret specifications to produce reports.
