As an Account Manager in Chubb Singapore's Electronic Security Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in the ELV contractor market. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor market.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor market.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
    • Provide clients with regular updates on project status and milestones.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor market.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Chubb's market presence.
    • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
    • Resolve any technical or operational issues in collaboration with the technical team.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development within the electronic security or ELV industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ELV contractor market and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Complying with company EH&S policies, procedures and rules, and any applicable regulatory requirement.
