We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive the sales of our Corporate Mobile. This role involves promoting tailored mobile schemes to corporate clients, contributing to sales targets, and cultivating strong relationships for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote corporate mobile offerings to acquire and onboard new accounts.
- Participate in tenders, lead generation, and respond to new business enquiries to expand the reach and adoption of corporate mobile offerings to grow market share and revenue.
- Implement sales strategies and achieve individual sales targets to manage and retain existing accounts.
- Update, negotiate and communicate corporate mobile offers and packages to company Authorized Officer on regular basis.
- Foster and build good client relationship and engage in regular meetups with company Authorized Officer to grow mindshare, awareness and activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to contribute to the enhancement of corporate mobile offerings and sales strategies.
- Manage approval, signup and onboarding process, including processing and handling individual sign ups (where applicable).
- Manage and process Authorized Officer/mobile enquiries, application forms, backend processes, payment, handset fulfilment and feedback, including billing enquiries, billing disputes, coverage matters, promotions/tariffs.
- Organize and support corporate mobile roadshows.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in selling tailored corporate mobile solutions, or similar services within the telecommunications sector is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in achieving individual targets.
- Able to build good customer relationship at all levels.
- Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals and reports.
- Self-driven, energetic, resourceful and creative.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
