As part of our growth initiative, we are expanding both our sales and technical team in Singapore.

Role Description

This is a full-time Account Manager role at Dynasafe Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing client accounts, understanding their IT infrastructure & security needs, providing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in acquiring new accounts
• Experience in account management, client relationship management, and sales
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation Skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• IT certifications or relevant education background is a plus
