Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our electronic component distributor partners. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, demonstrate strong account management skills, and excel in developing strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key distributor accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue, identify new opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activity, providing feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
• Monitor sales performance, regularly report on key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in account management within the electronics or electronic components industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
