Job Purpose
The role will require the successful applicant to take responsibility in managing Commercials and Large Enterprise clients by delivering excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
- Acts a key point of contact between an organisation and its clients.
- Possess thorough telco product knowledge and involved in product / service sales and sell our unique furnished suite solution to various clients within the industry segment.
- Manage their set of accounts through proactive outreach to their clients on regular basis.
- Manage their clients renewals of their services, grow the account through active up-selling.
- Able to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure SLA and high level of client satisfaction is maintained by hitting their NPS target.
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target.
- Adhere to established SOP.
Requirements
- Preferably diploma holder with at least 3 years of Inside Sales or Telemarketing experience.
- Prior experience in Enterprise related account management will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Telecommunication and IT services will be an added advantage.
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Excellent English comprehension, writing skills, good interpersonal, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong consultative selling, time management and organizational skills.
- Able to handle difficult clients
