Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate novel business prospects to meet predefined sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure seamless fulfillment of secured sales contracts.
- Gain insights into market dynamics and client requirements to tailor offerings accordingly.
- Take charge of guiding and mentoring team members to optimize sales revenue and attainment of targets.
- Engage in travel as necessary to meet with clients and foster relationships.
- Strategize and implement sales action plans to engage potential clients, with diligent follow-up efforts.
- Drive new business initiatives for project undertakings such as Fit-Out and A&A Works, primarily within the Data Centre sector.
- Conduct follow-up activities aimed at expediting the closure of sales deals.
- Prepare detailed costings and quotations for clients.
- Oversee internal processes to guarantee smooth delivery of services to clients.
- Provide regular internal reports to superiors for performance enhancement purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience in cooling for data center
- Successful candidate must have strong network with consultants in Singapore.
- Project Manager experience is highly advantageous.
- Flexible to travel islandwide
- Class 3 Driving License with own transport is preferred
