Account Manager (Property Financing/ Mortgage/ Loan) - Up to $6500

• Position: Account Manager (Property Financing/ Mortgage/ Loan) Up to $6500
• Location: Changi Business Park
• Working hours: 5 days work week Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $6500 + Performance Bonus + Birthday Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Financial Technology (FinTech) Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
• Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
• Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk
• Collaborating with credit and backend teams to ensure accurate loan approvals/disbursements
• Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of accounts

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting for commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with relevant experience will be viewed favorably, though not necessary
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin
