Our client, an innovative technology firm specializes in providing accounting and corporate services, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive business growth in Singapore. This role requires a passion for understanding business needs and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and professional accounting advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, timely billings, and strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and lead your work effectively, guiding staff to meet service deliverables in areas including corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, GST, and immigration services.
- Demonstrate expertise in accounting frameworks and financial reporting as per ACRA regulations.
- Understand client operations to tailor services effectively.
- Review and prepare management accounts, tax computations, payroll reports, and ensure accuracy before client delivery.
- Provide consultancy advice on accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.
- Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL with zero errors.
- Maintain professional standards and client confidentiality.
Performance Standards
- Degree/diploma in Accountancy.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications experience with cloud accounting software (Xero) is a plus.
- Resourceful and experienced with productivity software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines immediate availability preferred.
