Job Description:
As an Account Manager in Chubb Singapore's Electronic Security Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients in the ELV contractor market. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the ELV contractor market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings and site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ELV contractor market.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Electronic Security Business Unit.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ELV contractor market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Chubb's market presence.

- Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Resolve any technical or operational issues in collaboration with the technical team.

Qualifications:
