Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and key influencer.
Understand the full capabilities of the company's solutions and demonstrate how they drive ROI for customers.- Identify and generate new business opportunities, including up-selling, add-ons, and cross-selling to maximize customer growth.
Serve as an expert on the company's platform, deeply understanding its features and value proposition.
- Consult with customers to optimize their internal processes, driving change and promoting the platform within their organization.
Develop and implement promotional programs within customer organizations to boost awareness and platform usage.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account management and provide customer feedback for product improvement.

Proven experience in enterprise account management, with a strong sales and relationship-building track record.- Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that drive growth.
Excellent problem-solving skills and creative approaches to customer challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
* Familiarity with SaaS platforms or similar solutions is an advantage.
