Responsibilities
- Service, upsell and built rapport with existing customer accounts within semiconductor industry
- Create targeted marketing strategies and campaigns for specific products or product lines to solidify market presence and differentiate them from competitors.
- Formulate business plans and strategically position products in the marketplace.
- Conduct market research, keep track of competitors activities, and assess customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Develop pricing frameworks, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to launch new products or improve existing ones.
- Prepare and negotiate pricing quotes, finalize terms, and ensure documentation is ready for order processing.
- Oversee follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Present company product roadmaps and capabilities to customers while conveying customer technology requirements to relevant business units.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer engagements and develop tailored action plans with timely execution.
- Build relationships with both potential and current customers to identify and address their service needs.
- Work with business unit representatives to set the annual sales budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry.
- Willingness to travel overseas and work extended hours on challenging sales projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive team player.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
