Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the Asia Pacific Region
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they derive full value from the company's news, prices, and data services
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
• Gather and communicate user feedback to help improve product offerings
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in B2B account management, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting client satisfaction targets and expanding accounts
• Comfortable with regular client interactions, including phone calls and face-to-face meetings
• A proactive and client-focused attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
