About The Role
StraitsX is a Singapore-based fintech company that provides payments infrastructure for digital assets in Southeast Asia. It issues stablecoins, such as XSGD and XIDR, that are pegged to the Singapore Dollar and Indonesian Rupiah and run on various blockchains. It also offers API solutions and interest-earning accounts for businesses and individuals who want to access the digital assets markets and decentralized finance applications.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the main point of contact for our StraitsX clients when onboarding and focused on getting clients through the onboarding process quickly and seamlessly
- Work closely with the sales teams to understand each client relationship while collecting and coordinating requests for compliance, legal and account operations to streamline and communicate their requirements to the client.
- Utilize judgment and discretion to ensure a compliant and secure onboarding process to meet each client's specific needs.
- Contribute to continued product development with client feedback and idea generation.
- Religiously track key onboarding metrics for each customer to ensure SLA's are adhered to.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of banking or financial services experience, with a strong preference for corporate client onboarding / Know-Your-Client (KYC) experience at a Bank, Fintech, Payments, or Web3.0 firm.
- Previous experience adapting to a fast-paced, changing, dynamic, client-facing work environment while driving results
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and partnership skills
- Data driven and customer centric approach to decision making and making process improvements.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages (e.g Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Hubspot would be an advantage
