In charge of the full spectrum of accounts payable duties
- Perform goods-receiving in the purchasing system
Process supplier invoices, claims and sundry expenses for payments- Process payments and post payments on a timely basis
Maintain petty cash claim by outlet
- Perform monthly statement of accounts reconciliation with suppliers
Potential for growth and development to take on other finance functions and positions within the Group- Perform ad-hoc tasks & any other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, performing account payable functions- Able to commit to a long-term position
Detail-orientated, proactive and willing to learn
- Proficient in MS Office, and Xero a plus
Able to start immediately or short notice period
