Account Receivable (Part Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. The ideal candidate will manage the AR process, issue invoices for both online and offline retail, and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full accounts receivable (AR) process.

- Issue invoices for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Website, TikTok, NTUC, Amazon).

- Handle billing and invoicing for offline retail stores.

- Maintain proper filing, correspondence, and accurate bookkeeping records.

- Perform SAP data entry for sales orders and supplier invoices.

- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Chinese.

- Immediate availability is required.

- Familiarity with SAP or other accounting software is a plus.

- Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

- Monthly Contract based.
