Job Description:
As the Account Service Manager, you will provide VIP services to institutional clients, maintaining and deepening long-term relationships to ensure they receive the highest quality and most professional service. You will serve as a bridge between our company and our clients, requiring not only a deep understanding of their needs and expectations but also the utilization of professional financial knowledge and keen market insights to assist in tailoring wealth management solutions for clients, helping them achieve asset growth and wealth succession.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily relationships and provide in-depth services to VIP clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze client needs and assist in developing personalized asset allocation and wealth management solutions.
- Keep track of market dynamics and provide timely investment analysis and advice to clients.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide clients with one-stop financial service solutions.
- Regularly conduct customer reviews, collect feedback, and optimize service processes.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, or related fields.
- Passionate about the financial industry and aspiring to develop a long-term career in the field of cryptocurrency.
- Possess excellent communication skills and customer service orientation, able to handle complex customer relationships effectively.
- Have strong learning and analytical abilities, able to quickly grasp financial product and service knowledge.
- Excellent teamwork spirit and resilience, able to adapt to a high-intensity work environment.
