Your new role
You'll be working in the FSO Engage Team in Wealth Management Singapore. Our Client Service Specialists and Client Account Structure Change Specialists are responsible for providing comprehensive support in account maintenance and account structure changes to our Clients and Client Advisors in various market teams across regions internationally. What you'll need to succeed
- solid banking experience or at least a bachelor's degree in a banking/ finance-related discipline
- 2 years experience or more in a similar Client Account Manager or Client Account Structure Change role dealing with Wealth Management clients and supporting Client Advisors
- experience in AML/KYC and regulatory guidelines e.g. MAS 626
- solid IT skills, ideally with UBS programs such as CAWB, CBD, etc. as well as willingness to learn new tools and processes
- very good problem-solving skills
- an excellent spoken and written knowledge of English & Mandarin (which would be advantageous in serving our APAC clients)
- ability to work accurately & efficiently
- excellent (self-)organization & communication skills
- a highly motivated team player who is a team player
- highly adaptable and has an ability to work through change
- be inquisitive and challenge status quo to improve processes
- strong personality who is resilient, reliable , agile and responsible
- able to work and be focused under pressure; perfectly organized and with high quality standards
