- Handle third party payment matters, including but not limited to processing of account payable invoices, payment arrangement for vendor/authorities/bank/etc.
- Handle intercompany transactions, including fund transfer, collection, and payments arrangement.
- Manage bank and loan accounts and handle related administrative works, including but not limited to opening and closure of bank accounts, interest calculation, FX, cash withdrawal, bank reconciliation and related documents management.
- Assist in financial and management reporting process, including the preparation of AP, AR, GL, journal entries and monthly/quarterly management accounts of the companies in the Group, and Group's consolidated accounts.
- Liaises with external and internal auditors, tax agents, bankers, corporate secretary services provider and other professionals, in connection with the Group's financial accounting, business operation and compliance matters, and provide information required.
- Support all audit and tax related matters including preparation of audit schedules, attend to audit and tax queries, and provide information required.
- Coordinate and support parent companies in terms of reporting, financial information, system migration and transformation.
- Other duties and/or ad hoc projects that the finance in-charged person, and Senior Management personnel may delegate to you as needed, such as corporate finance and other tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Experience in using Oracle.
- Immediate starter is preferred
