Position Title: Accountant
- Working Location: Commonwealth Ln (Nearby MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions and handle full set of accounts.- Assist in the supervision of Accounts staff in administering the overall financial functions and information systems encompassing monthly and yearly financial reports.
Manage the daily financial accounting matters and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and processes.
- Review monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports of overseas operations in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and any relevant authorities as necessary.- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to the Management.
Provide consolidated financial statements, management reports and budgets, including financial analysis and review.
- Oversee the management of Fixed Assets.
Execute inter-company reconciliations.- Handle all corporate tax and GST matters.
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.- CPA certification or ACCA qualification preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an added advantage.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting best practices.
- Willing to travel for occasional business trips.
