- Basic salary: $5500 - $6000
- 6 months contract
- Hands-on experience in IFS (Industrial and Financial System)
Job responsibilities:
- Ensuring year end balances are rolled over correctly into new IFS system
- Handling the Accounts payable flow, which includes resolving issues, uploading invoices, coding,generating posting proposals,running payments, and managing daily bank files and tax codes.
- Managing journal entries for transactions not covered in the IFS modules (e.g.payroll, external file uploads, prepayment amortization) .
- Working with the fixed asset module to handle asset acqusition, importing fixed asset objects, running depreciation and ensuring depreciation is accurate.
- Performing reconciliations such as GRNI (Goods received not invoiced), mixed payment postings and bank reconciliations.
- Generating and creating reports required for period closing, including GST/VAT reports,trial balance, GL listings and AP/AR reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Finance & Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to commit to a 6-month contract
