Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Be the checkers on the Payables and Receivables transactions. Ensure accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system
• Handle month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliation
• Preparation financial statements and management reports
• Assist in the yearly closing of accounts and audit completion
• Perform project cost analysis
• Support Accounting & HR function of the regional offices
• Assist the Accounts Manager on the Finance, HR, Admin and Purchasing review
• Assist the Management on some finance or business initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in preparation of full set accounts with good understanding of Singapore statutory reporting
• Good working knowledge in Accounting software. SAGE 300 ERP system knowledge will be an advantage.
• Proactive, exercise flexibility, able to multi-task & work independently
• Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
