- Reconcile monthly bank statements, identifying and working with the team to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact with banks, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor actual cash inflows and outflows to provide insights into the companys cash position.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve any queries or issues.
- Completed the daily accounting processing, monthly financial report and analysis of the Singapore company; To ensure that data is true, accurate and valid in accordance with local accounting standards and policies;
- Responsible for cost control of Singapore company and analysis of cost changes;
- Responsible for the financial and risk control of the Singapore company, ensuring the healthy development of the company and avoiding risks;
- Formulate, standardize, supervise and inspect the implementation of financial management system according to the financial management requirements of the Group and the actual business of the Singapore company;
- Participate in overseas business tax declaration, tax analysis, tax consultation, tax inspection response, etc., formulate and implement detailed tax management plans to ensure tax compliance and the effectiveness of tax incentives;

- Handle enquiries from vendors, auditors, other departments
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
Required skills:
- Able to handle Singapore accounting & tax affairs independently
- Able to read and write in Chinese and English
