Accountant (Construction)

Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focusing on large building construction. They are looking for an Accountant to supervise the financial and cost accounting activities.

Job Description:

• Manage full set of accounting operations and monthly closing activities
• Laise with external auditor on statutory audit
• Prepare audit schedules and handling queries
• Provide corporate secretary for tax filling of annual returns and tax enquiries
• Liaise with corporate secretary for preparing annual returns, resolutions etc
• Other accounting duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and ACCA preferred
• Min 5 years of working experience in main contractor
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
