Job Description
We are a leading organizer of digital immersive exhibitions in Art and Entertainment sector. As we continue to expand our portfolio and newly set up office in Singapore, we are looking for a skilled Accountant cum Admin to join us.
The Accountant cum Admin will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing strategic financial guidance, and excels at multitasking to support the company's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting
. Handle full set of accounts, manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
. Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting records.
. Perform bank and account reconciliations, maintain fixed assets, inventory report, GST submissions, withholding tax submission, tax computations and government surveys.
. Prepare financial statements, analysing financial performance, and preparing reports for management review.
. Assist in development and monitoring of budgets, analysing financial data to identify trends, and providing insights for decision-making.
. Liaise with Auditors, Tax Consultants and Corporate Secretary on company's matters.
. Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as necessary.
2. Administrative Support
. Provide administrative support
. Assist in the procurement of office & outlet supplies and equipment.
. Act as the point of contact of vendors, contractors, and service providers.
. Maintain organised filing systems & ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
3. Human Resources Support
. Assist in HR related tasks such as employee hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
. Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
. CPF submission & employment income submission.
. Assist in coordinating employee benefits and insurance programs.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA or its equivalent.
. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and administrative roles.
. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
