CONSOLIDATION - 1 Year Contract - with 1 month completion bonus
Renewal of contract / Conversion to Perm, is subjected to Business needs and staff performance
Salary Range:
$3500-$4200
Main responsibilities:
Assisting in consolidation of quarterly and annual Singapore Group financials, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and other regulatory requirements
Preparation/review of monthly intercompany reconciliations
Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarterly and year-end financial closing
Handling statutory audit, coordinate the audit process
Ensure the Group accounting policies and estimates are consistent
Identify financial reporting issues and initiate measures to enhance the reporting process
Maintain and continuously improve operating efficiency of financial processes and reporting
Assist in rolling out Group wide accounting policies
Ad-hoc projects
Any other duties as and when required
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy with relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA)
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, specifically in accounting/ Group consolidation
Strong technical competency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Experienced candidates from Big 4 audit firms are welcome
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous individual who displays proactiveness towards problem solving
Self-starter and able to work independently
