What You Will Do:
Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts for management reporting and statutory compliance
Prepare monthly P/L and B/S
Posting of month-end closing journal entries
Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation
Perform month-end intercompany transactions reconciliation
Prepare a monthly balance sheet schedule detailing the transaction movement of the balance sheet items
Assist in preparing and submitting quarterly GST reports, annual Income tax filing, withholding tax, etc
Prepare audit schedule and liaise with the external auditor and tax agent
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Min. Degree in Accountancy and/or ACCA equivalent
Good Excel and accounting system knowledge
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
More than 2 years of relevant working experience in a full set of account
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
