Job Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate general ledger management, cash flow, and reconciliations, ensuring financial alignment across intercompany transactions.
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with management directives and statutory requirements.
- Manage GST submissions, corporate tax returns, and other necessary statutory tax filings.
- Lead and assist with account reconciliations, analyses, and month-end closing processes.
- Ensure the fixed asset register is maintained accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and coordinating with auditors.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and support monthly financial forecasting efforts.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Possess hotel/hospitality industry will have added advantageous
- Proficient in MS Excel and Knowledge of SUN Accounting System will have added advantageous
