What You Will Do:
Set up, coordinate and guide the AP Team to complete the daily work, properly arrange the job allocation, identify and provide feedback on high-risk matters in the business process; effectively support business operations, and respond to special scenarios in a timely manner to provide solutions
Lead the AP team to improve the SOP documents of the AP share service center, identify the pain points of the payment process based on the review of daily documents, summarize and sort out the payment review guidelines for the relevant business modules, and improve and optimize the current process
Responsible for checking the balance of prepayments and AP aging analysis, and following up on the offset of prepayments and monitoring the long-term aging accounts to ensure that payments are fully paid and that no external parties are overdue or in breach of contract
Handle the improvement needs of the financial system: Responsible for sorting out system requirements, communication, testing and verification of the system of related functions, ensuring that the system can meet the requirements of the business department and the finance department, and optimizing process design to improve work efficiency and strengthen risk monitoring
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
What We Are Looking For:
Min Degree in Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
More than 5 years of experience in accounting, and those with experience in finance shared service centers and financial system implementing experience are preferred
Strong financial and taxation sense, and good understanding of domestic and foreign accounting and taxation standards and regulatory requirements in payables, expenses, invoice management and other related aspects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams
Strong logical thinking and leadership skills, and be able to lead the team to plan long-term direction and set short-term work goals
